Cancellation and Refunds – I understand that the deposit for the reservation of a motorcycle or scooter that is canceled less than 7 days before the reservation date is forfeited as liquidated damages. *
Reservation Deposit – A reservation deposit is required to reserve the motorcycle or scooter. Accepting this deposit agreement authorizes Freedom Cycle Rentals (aka VegasMotorcycleRentals.com) to charge your credit card $50. (USD)*
Damage Deposit – A $2,500. (USD) security damage deposit on a credit card is required to cover the cost of damages to the motorcycle or scooter and must be deposited at the rental center when singing for the rental motorcycle or scooter. The motorcycle renter must be the cardholder. The deposit can be reduced to $1,500. (USD) by accepting the Collision Damage Waiver II and is returned in full when the undamaged motorcycle or scooter is returned. *
